Customer Service
At Health Specialists, Inc., we understand that our success both today and in the future is dependent upon our reliability and service to our clients. We recognize that agency staff is only called in when absolutely necessary, and all other in-house opportunities have been exhausted.
In order to handle the urgency of each staffing order, we have staffing professionals working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to serve our clients. When the phone rings at Health Specialists, Inc., we have been given an opportunity and a responsibility.
Our staffing coordinators understand the individual needs of our clients before filling an order and sending employees to a facility. Our employees are trained and qualified for the duties of their assignments. With this system, our staff is dependable and able to immediately assimilate into our client’s team of professionals quickly.
Credentialing
We provide clients with an accreditation checklist in accordance with JCAHO standards before sending our employees on their first assignment at a facility.
We keep a complete file on each employee, including licenses, references, job history, skills checklist, tests, driver’s license, and social security card. We can furnish our clients any of those items within 24 hours of a written request.
